Valencia Kitchen with Flare

My wonderful clients are more artsy than most, and they have a large variety of wall art that includes mostly primary colors, so I wanted to include red in the island, and in the backsplash. They trusted my vision, and now they call their kitchen "the best room in the house."

The end cabinet & shelving above were added to balance the kitchen. Not only did it look incomplete before, but now my clients have a place to hide their trash and recycling bins. BEFORE PICS are at the end.

The original boxes were used for the main cabinets, with brand new shaker style doors..

Because of the waterfalled quartz on the island, the red isn't too overbearing..

You can see the subtle touches of red glass tile we added to the backsplash. I had fun with the clients deciding where the accents tiles should go..
