An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) was designed as a garage conversion and small addition to the existing three bedroom house. The new addition on the rear of the house consisted of an airy living room and kitchen that maximized space, natural light and flexibility of use for the future owners. A unique roof truss system was design to provide maximum ceiling height. The french doors, many windows and skylights create a bright and evenly lit space.
