As a design philosophy, Vegas Modern is a response to place – an architecture for Las Vegas evolved from an ever-augmenting interpretation of this enigmatic city, its culture, history, and geographical environment.

The design of Vegas Modern 001 aims to weave the Strip’s culture of theatrical idiosyncrasies and drama with characteristics of the Mohave’s natural environment through a series of unfolding spatial expansions, compressions, and the dissolution of shelter and landscape creating an immersive sensuous living experience.

The Home juxtaposes precise materials with those of a certain rawness, characteristic of the American West. A discernable refinement is in constant dialogue with rich, natural materials resulting in a modern aesthetic abundant with warmth.
