Custom-built and painted European Style Armoire. My clients had limited space in this 1920's living room, but needed storage options that would not conflict with the traditional coved ceilings or take away crucial floor space. The depth of most found or store-bought pieces is seen to be fairly deep. I designed this solid-bottom cabinet with a projection of 18" and stepped back the top piece to 10", giving it a small table-top and added shelving to house books or ceramics.
