Veranda Park - Courtyard Remodel
Our team was contracted to perform the following scopes:
- Demo 11,000 SF of existing pavers & Underlayment on third floor of occupied building.
- Remove all plants, spike & bedding materials,
- Remove cast stone thruout to allow for new waterproofing system.
- Install new pitched substrate in collaboration with waterproofing contractor.
- Supply & Install All New Travertine Flooring & Base
- Supply & Install Cast Stone Components
- Supply & Install Landscaping
