This historic Victorian 4-bedroom row house, located in a central downtown neighbourhood, needed major overhaul before the new owner could move in. KENDALL & Co was tasked with its major renovation to upgrade the exterior and interiors. A new kitchen and custom island with butcher block counter top were installed. New bathroom cabinetry were upcycled. All furnishings, lighting, rugs, bedding, window treatment and accessories from KENDALL & Co.
