When Kevin, owner of North Peak Construction, asked us to design a house for this new lot he had just purchased for a spec home we couldn't wait to get started. This particular lot happened to be located right next to the first hole on the Redlands Mesa golf course, and so we knew it had to be special. Mixing a hipped roof with a more contemporary flat/parapet roof created a unique Mediterranean-Contemporary style that is both elegant and stunning. This creative house plan meets everything we set out to accomplish and more!
