Our new project. A mid century modern renovation with a Master Suite addition. The Kitchen was relocated to an existing sun room and the Dining Room is now where the old Kitchen was. This shift allows the plan to flow out to the new Patio.

From the entry there is a clear view through the house to exterior Patio that blurs the line between interior and exterior space.

The Living Room features a wood accent wall that is stained to match the hardwood floors. The shelving unit is supported by a floating base.
