Villa Bona Dea is a multi-level modern house with a swimming pool, SPA and relaxation areas. The designers transformed a modern house into a charming villa. As always, it was important to balance the exterior of the property with the interior experience. The clients had a penchant for neoclassicism and they
were admirers of the Orient. The designers were full of bright ideas and implemented them in the interior. The oriental handmade painted tiles were used in the SPA area. Classical natural techniques and finishing materials - marble and onyx, Murano glass, mosaics, plaster moldings, Italian decorative painting, natural wood, timber parquet flooring, hand-forged stairs were used to create an ensemble with an atmosphere of simplicity and beauty.
Modern appliances are placed organically in the interior, leaving intact the integrity of the style. Successful solutions of the designers and their new insights added substantial value to the property.

Villa Bona Dea is the multi-level modern house with the swimming pool, spa and relax areas. The autonomous kitchen is in the basement level and modern elevator is as convenience. The designers transformed a modern house into a charming villa. As always, it was important to balance the exterior of the property with the interior experience. The clients had a penchant for neoclassicism and they were admirers of the Orient. So they wanted a house with oriental motifs. The designers were full of bright ideas and implemented them in the interior. They also applied the panels of authentic Jordan mosaics from the customers’ collection. The oriental handmade painted tiles were used in the spa and relax areas. The round configuration of the layout was resulted in the dominance of floral lines in the interior. With the floral theme in the decoration was continued of the space fluid forms. The idea to use the decorative stucco panels on the walls and the ceilings brought touch of comfort to the open spaces of the house. The designer used natural textiles, monophonic or classic patterns, patterned lambrequins and special openwork tulles were important component of success. Classical techniques and finishing materials - marble and onyx, Murano glass, chopped mosaics, plaster moldings, Italian decorative painting Travertino and Marmоrino, varieties of natural valuable woods, ceramic tiles and timber parquet floorings, hand forging stairs and parapets (stairs and balconies fencing, furniture and decor) were aimed to create an ensemble with the atmosphere of simplicity and beauty (with a hint of opulence). The criterion in selection of the materials was on the organic, natural materials. Various author's collections of hand-painted tiles from famous Italian factory Bardelli were used in the bathrooms of the bedrooms. Warm, soft restrained color palette unites the levels of the house into a single whole sometimes shining out like sunbeams on Murano glass and only the spa area with its swimming pool is marked with blue cobalt spikes, accents in ceramics and mosaic. The designers created molded panels in the living room, hallway, dining room and the bedrooms, with original design in each room. The fireplace was a separate project. Onyx with a unique natural pattern and inner lighting was turned into an unusual art-lamp for the balcony. The furniture, doors and decor elements for this project were developed to individual order, jointly with the joinery products manufacturer (Altair Ltd, Ukraine). Handwork and handicrafts were used where possible, especially in the decoration of the walls and ceilings: stucco molding, decorative paintings in the various authentic techniques, forged fence of the staircase and the balcony, they were made exclusively by hand and one would hardly find two exactly the same curls there.
