This condo remodel project located in the Villa Verde II Condo Complex in Tamarindo, Costa Rica was a complete gut out and conversion of 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms to a master suite with soaking tub as well as shower and 1/2 bath on first level. This is a custom space created using local Costa Rican hardwoods for stairways, tables and cabinetry, imported Spanish tiles and Venetian plastered walls sealed with metallic wax. The owner Michelle Knutson was the driving force behind our efforts and the successful collaboration between owner and builder produced this award winning space under budget.
