Village Burger Waimea
Commercial kitchen for a nationally ranked gourmet restaurant in Hawai'i. The biggest challenge was solving for a functional chef run kitchen in such a small space while conveying to the customers the excitement and energy of flames and hand preparation of all local ingredients.
