A complete remodel of this 3rd floor walk up condo MBR. Started by removing all old wood shelving as well as dark stained baseboard trim. In preparation for painting we repaired all wall holes and nicks. We also removed the popcorn ceiling. We primed all the walls, ceiling and door trim. We painted with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore eggshell Allure white. We then replaced all the brick molding along floor with updated baseboard molding. Latestly installed a small decorative light fixture client had supplied.
