For this bedroom we had to take the old wallpaper off, size the walls for the new paper! By sizing the walls I mean spackle them, put a primer on that was similar color to the wallpaper. The paper was difficult to remove so it had to be sanded with an orbital sander with 80 grid sandpaper to allow...

While this wouldn't be considered wall paper; the beautiful crown moulding and beige paint help it fall into the category of wall treatments!
