This Center City penthouse project involved introducing a variety of architectural textures and details to a newly constructed blank white canvas. Decorative walnut slat trim and custom mudroom cabinetry were added to the central elevator vestibule of the home, which wraps around to connect the living, dining, and den spaces at either side of the unit. Plaster accents were added to the ceilings and custom fireplace focal wall, as well as sophisticated modern lighting and furnishings throughout.
