BEFORE the renovation and expansion. The floor was raised above the brick to include insulation. The end wall shown was pushed out to the wall line of the adjoining kitchen.

AFTER. The venting microwave was replaced with a new integrated hood.

AFTER. The expansion of the existing sun room providing a new eat-in kitchen area and a cozy family room. Great natural light floods the spaces through the new windows and French doors.

AFTER. Existing sunken sun porch as converted to a small family room within the kitchen. The renovation including moving walls, new windows and fireplace. The mantel is reclaimed joist and corbels were salvaged from a local antique store.
