Rosewood built this home in Preston Hollow in Dallas TX. The design and architecture was done by the full service firm, SHM Architects. The clients wanted a contemporary/modern feel put together with traditional accents and materials. The way the home is organized in "masses", really lends itself to a hill country modern style. Our design theory is a design by discovery approach; the home design takes a path that is discovered along the way.
