Warm Ivory Condo

This condo is owned by "the Denver guys," as I nicknamed them. We met two years prior to when they invited me to their Denver home. That is where our friendship and the our amazing connection to spirit first took off. You can read what happened under the Denver house project.

This transformation was truly a shocker. By removing the drop ceiling and the wall on the left side under the stairwell, the kitchen feels 3 times larger. Those metal beams are the condo building construction.

By removing this wall the eating area becomes a cute nook tucked under the stairs. The large counter becomes a great serving station for parties.

Opening the wall gave this condo two and a half times the counter space. Room to serve, eat and chat.

Before this remodel, the sink was in the middle of the wall where the coffee machine is. There were wall cabinets to the left of the window which made anyone feel claustrophobic.

This vanity area use to house the apartment size stack-able washer/dryer in a closet. Here we've opened it up, moved the new full size stack-able into the toilet area and ran the flooring throughout seamlessly.

Leaving a pony wall for a feel of privacy allowed the door to be removed and a pocket door put at the entry of the entire space, making it appear open and yet still private when needed.
