Warren Traditional Tuscan

Renovation project that started with the kitchen design, then the family room, then the rest of the house. The family had been to Italy and fell in love with Tuscany and wanted their home to reflect the style and warm comfort of the Italian Tuscan Hills.
Each area was renovated with warm woods, ceiling designs and a level of comfort that beckoned everyone to relax and enjoy the their new tuscan home.

The after renovation photo. wood railing painted dark mahogany and spindles off white changed the formality of the foyer. Applied molding to walls with tones of paint color against the off white add lightness. Center hall table is accented with interesting lamp and zebra ottoman.

This family room is a step down from the kitchen and easily a part of it as well. The TV over the new fireplace mantel is also viewed from the dining area.

Renovation of this family room involved removing an existing window next to the fireplace to create an arched bookcase and arched entry to the library adjacent. Better seating arrangement allowed more seating and tv is not viewed from kitchen dining as well. photo b Peter Rymwid

Giving this dining room a new look by adding ceiling molding with tones of olive color paint. turning the table on the diagonal gave a new look to the room.

This home office once had white painted shelving unit. We had it faux painted to look like real wood, hard to tell it's not. just adding the wood changed the dynamics of this room
