Creating a space for an artist in residence was the goal for this project. The owner grew up and lived in Holland and had travelled extensively through out the world. He wanted a clean space to incorporate his art work but very comfortable feel for his family to relax in. We included traditional elements to pay homage to the classic architecture but kept the styling clean and fresh to appeal to our client's modern transitional taste. Botanical wallpaper in the powder room appear both contemporary and traditional and offer a clean look.
