One arrives at the property to experience a beautiful coy pond complete with a stone waterfall, exotic perennial garden, and covered front porch. Nearby, a fiber optic lighting system illuminates an all glass tiled vanishing edge pool with a swim-up seat, underwater stone steps, fireplace, and imported stone deck. The proximity of the Chesapeake Bay waterfront proved to be a challenge during the pool installation, so the space was carefully designed to meet setback requirements while still offering great views.
