Black+Vernooy’s Air Terrace Hideaway is the first of four speculative homes commissioned for the Watersmark development. At approximately 3,000 square feet, the stone-clad house nestles comfortably among the trees on its site. The detached garage is situated to form a lush, entry courtyard. The floor plan is open and filled with natural light for a relaxed family lifestyle. A second-story screened porch off the master suite allows for distant views over the treetops. The design employs natural materials including Texas limestone, cedar lintels, and standing seam metal roofing. Construction of the home was completed in 2000.
