An existing dining room and kitchen, along with a small addition, was turned into a giant space for cooking, eating, and sitting by the fire. Special touches include rejuvenating the fireplace, a farmhouse table made from reclaimed wood with metal factory trestle legs, a custom storage bench at breakfast nook, a built-in bar, a large island with french style stools, a chalkboard wall, and art that reflects the homeowner's travels. Also part of the project were several bathroom updates and a window bench in the upstairs hallway.
