Wellsburg Custom Home

Custom home built for a couple in Wellsburg and finished at the beginning of 2019. The house is 2127 SF built on slab. Zero entry in the front and through the garage makes it accessible for everyone. Brick is showcased on the front with LP Smartside along the sides and back for low maintenance. Inside there are two bedrooms and two baths, office, large walk-in pantry, mudroom, laundry, and a good sized kitchen open to the dining and Great Room. A unique feature about this home is we turned the utility room off the garage into a concrete storm shelter for the Iowa weather.
