Wenham Lake Residence

On a 16-acre site overlooking Wenham Lake, four houses were newly built as distinctive interpretations in the Arts-and-Crafts style. These cottages include architectural details such as: tall chimneys, hip roofs, simple dormers and deep eaves that lend a diminutive scale to surprisingly large homes. Interiors are bright and light washed, appointed with modern amenities and spacious living spaces. One existing house was converted and enlarged to fit the vernacular of its three newly built neighbors. English Tudor details gave way to shingle-style influence.
