This home received upgrades in the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the main floor. The inconvenient bar area was redesigned from a room with a pass through window into a full service bar as an extension of the kitchen. The old bar room was closed off and reutilized as a laundry room. The unused space to the side of the kitchen nook was turned into a home office space with built in cabinetry to match the kitchen cabinetry. The lighting fixtures were updated throughout the space, as well as a new fireplace mantel to modernize the living room and built in buffet cabinetry in the dining room. We repurposed some existing furniture and added some new pieces to make this a cozy living room and functional kitchen area for a beautiful family of four.
