Owners bought this house in October, 2016 and were anxious to get going on a water wise, entertaining back yard that featured shade, water wise trees, perennials and shrubs. They wanted steps on the west side of the back door landing, a way to extend the space and get rid of the "bowling alley" affect. They needed shade on the west and east most borders of the back yard and a shade tree over the back patio.

This project was installed in the late fall of 2016 by Glen Trople.
