West Metro Main Floor Remodel

The new island in the kitchen remodel has family style seating - great for meals together, conversation and games. Also featured from this main floor remodel are the family room, mudroom, and powder room. Clean and classic the newly remodeled spaces transcend trends for longevity of the design.

Family room-remodel-Hanover

This custom fireplace surround has natural stone in a turned herringbone pattern with a wood picture frame surround for a beautiful clean, look.

Fireplace-details

Mixing in painted cabinets with dark stain on the island creates definition. We created a face to face dining table at one end of the island which eliminates the need for a separate dining table. It is now convenient for the family to spend time eating meals and playing games together.

Custom Kitchen

The countertop is a gorgeous natural stone called quartzite. In the remodel, we left the wood trim stained while adding white painted cabinetry to keep the room from being wood on wood on wood. The clean simpler look is classic, fresh and timeless.

Before the remodel there was a tiny barely usable corner cabinet. We filled in the doorway which allowed us to add a second roll-out pantry and large coffee bar.

Custom Cabinetry

We refreshed the powder room by painting walls, and replacing the vanity, light and mirror. We left the existing tile floor and woodwork. The inspiration for the vanity color came from the fun custom roman shade fabric.

Powder Room Refresh

In the Powder room we replaced the vanity and had the new one custom painted a fun green to coordinate with the fun colors and pattern on the custom roman shade.

Cheerful Powder Room

We added a built-in cabinetry storage and locker area. We left the bench open below to the tile floor as a way to keep the room easy to clean and tidy. Existing tile floor and woodwork were incorporated.
