Remodel of kitchen and bathroom to maximize existing footprint. Perimeter cabinets in a Cherry finish are combined with the gray painted island and all are topped with Calacatta Luccicoso honed marble. New windows and Oak flooring installed throughout and removed a wall to combine tiny dining room and kitchen. Brass light fixtures are used with stainless steel fixtures and appliances.

Original bathtub was reinstalled to add vintage charm to all new space. Marble is used on the shower surround, mosaic floor, base mouldings and vanity.
