A wonderful creek side property at the base of Vail needed a bit more space for entertaing the family. Working within a tight building envelope, a three story addition added a garage and multiple bedrooms while seamlessly blending with the existing architecture.

Care was taken to protect not only the Gore Creek but also the mature Blue Spruce trees. This home is surrounded by beautiful nature and blends in harmoniously.

A blended pitch copper roof over the lower level which angles away from the main structure.This addition made for some unique contrast on the outside of the home and really came together nicely.

The attached garage was a welcome addition to a mountain home which previously only had off street parking making for a much more convenient living environment for the owners.
