This project was an existing landscape and I was hired to problem solve and recreate the garden design for both front and back. Some of the challenges were to select the right plant materials and recreate spaces to provide privacy, screening, retaining walls to solve grade issues, bed creation, new planting plans, garden pathways and the design & development of a small blue stone courtyard with custom iron fencing & gate. The work also included permit services.
