This West Vancouver home, belonging to an active family with three teenage sons and two golden retrievers, was thoughtfully transformed into a modern coastal retreat that balances style, comfort, and functionality. With a clear vision to reflect their lifestyle and incorporate personal touches, we renovated the home in phases—starting with the boys’ bedrooms and continuing through the main floor and basement. The result is a warm, inviting space filled with relaxed coastal elements, from an expansive great room and tranquil home office to a layered dining area, versatile basement, and playful powder room. Phase three—focused on the primary suite—is still to come.
