Originally, started out as window replacement when dry-rot was found. Discovery found that the step down shower had been leaking for quite some time resulting in dry-rot destroying the whole corner of the house.

We ended up raising the corner up 2-1/2 inches back to level and reframed the corner 8' in one direction and 12' in the other direction. Reconfigured the plumbing and eliminated a bunch of unnecessary existing plumbing. Insulated and rewired the room to current building standards and code requirements. Finishes and designs were done by Gibson Construction with color choices by the owner to be the highlight of the home.
