Westmount Ave

Project Overview: Elegant Modern Transition in Westmount
This residential renovation on Westmount Ave in Quebec focuses on blending classic architectural bones with a crisp, modern aesthetic. The design intent was to maximize natural light while creating distinct, functional zones within the home using high-contrast elements and curated textures.

Key Design Features
Crittall-Style Glass Partitions: We installed custom black-framed steel and glass doors to maintain an open-concept feel while providing acoustic separation between the entryway and living spaces.

Vibrant Interior Styling: The project features a sophisticated color palette, utilizing bold floral arrangements and textile layering (notably the blue patterned cushions and velvet ottomans) to add warmth to the bright, white-walled gallery space.

Architectural Detailing: To honor the Westmount location, we preserved traditional moldings while introducing modern art and minimalist furniture silhouettes.

Light-Filled Transitions: By utilizing large-scale mirrors and strategic sightlines, the design pulls natural light through the corridor, highlighting the transition from the foyer to the main living areas.

Materials & Finishes
Hardware: Matte black steel frames.

Textiles: High-end embroidered linens and plush velvets.
