Cedar siding project in Weston, Ma which had not received a seal coat in ten years.

First, we had to wash the siding and decking with our Landscape/Eco friendly solution, which killed and rinsed off all the deeply embedded black mold. All washing performed with our low pressure hot water machines. The Cedar then received two coats of BM Arborcoat natural. This project needs to be coated again this year to build up the mill thickness of the sealer and protect the cedar.
