The Venice-based digital ad agency Whirled required a selection of built-in office furniture as part of their new office in Venice, CA. Using woods that complemented the clean, simple minimalism of the interior, NEW THEME constructed a selection of pieces that fit within the narrow, tall structure. White oak, walnut and reclaimed Douglas Fir were chosen as the materials for the nine custom-built pieces, consisting of conference tables, wall-mounted storage shelves and workstations. As a collection, the pieces accentuate the bright natural lighting of the seaside office space and are custom designed for the ergonomics of the long hours of digital video production.
