A Chicago native moves south to Nashville for a fresh start on her own terms. With two college age kids, and a couple four-legged ones, my client wanted a home that was warm, welcoming, and durable. Her desire was for a warm and happy aesthetic that embraced her Chicago roots and love of watery hues and landscapes.
