Outland was hired to take a builder grade home and create a custom remodel in every room. This project included a full kitchen renovation, full master bathroom renovation, all new interior flooring and baseboards, whole home interior trim including adding window casings, crown moulding, box beams, elaborate custom bunk beds and custom cabinetry. All existing plumbing and light fixtures were upgraded as well as complete new hardware. An exterior door was relocated to fit the new design of the kids bunk room. A closet was converted into a cased open for a custom home bar. Plus much more.
