Whole House Remodel Open Floor Plan Cape Cod

Whole house remodeling and repairs. Some of which included kitchen and bathroom updates, designing and making custom seating solution's for dining area, replaced windows, floating laminate floor floor and tile and painted throughout.

Gutted kitchen, Modified wall to be flush with fridge and so doors can open 180 degrees, repaired floor, installed new subfloor, installed Coretec Blonde Oak Floating Floor, Picket Fence Tile, New custom cabinets, custom banquett, painting, replaced windows, updated bathrooms.

Removed old floor, leveled warped joists, screwed down existing sub floor tight, installed new sub floor over it to prepare it for a floating laminate floor.

Removed flooring, cutback wall by fridge to make navigating between fridge and island easier and so the fridge doors could open 180 degrees. Relocated electric. Removed heater near slider and installed a beverage center near slider to patio.

Replaced old insert windows with a triple window custom assembled onsite. Filled in shingles to accommodate new window size. The new construction 400 series windows have move viable light than insert windows. PVC Vinyl exterior and pvc trim & pvc historic nose. Interior wood.
