John & Thomas relocated to this area and bought an old house on two acres.

This project in the Alexandria Mount Vernon area was quite extensive. Two wings added approx. 20'x40' each. Kitchen extension and remodel. Turned single car garage into an office. Construct a 3 car garage with a 4th door to drive thru. 8'x40' open brick porch with outside fireplace. The pool, outside hardscapes and landscaping were contracted separately.

Family room with brick fireplace and a 30' high chimney, new master bedroom suite with bathroom. A 12'x14' existing bedroom was converted to a "jack and jill" walk-in closet with center partition.

We introduced the architect to the customer and worked with both parties throughout the design process.
