Wildwing Contemporary
Wildwing Contemporary is a 4,100 SF 5-Bedroom, 4-Bath residence located on the beautiful Timnath Reservoir in Timnath, Colorado in 2021.
The concept of this project was to mix warm wood tones and sleek contemporary materials to create a timeless look that speaks for itself. The residence is flooded with natural light in each room with the primary windows facing the reservoir that overlooks the Front Range / Fort Collins.
The residence hosts a 250 SF Kitchen with a state-of-the-art cabinetry package / hidden pantry that opens up to the Great Room with 14’-0” ceilings throughout. The entire house is integrated with a Lutron Home Automation System to create a seamless scene via an app that can be controlled from anywhere.
