An old hay barn renovated to create a game room. All siding and roofing was removed. New window and back door openings framed and timber trusses with purlins built and installed. Roof sheathed, water proofed and original roofing reinstalled. New windows installed and new back rolling barn door built and installed. All walls waterproofed and original siding reinstalled. Interior siding was milled from fallen trees on the property. Rusty corten corrugated metal installed on ceiling. A bathroom was added later with siding used from a redwood water tank from the property, doors were built with exterior siding and corrugated metal. Cabinetry was milled and wire brushed from doweled 2 1/2" thick redwood floor of well tank.
