This new 4500 SF lakefront cottage on Geneva Lake replaced an antiquated 1500 SF house on the property. Designed for a long narrow lot in an established neighborhood, the goal of maintaining a smaller scale and charm while tripling the footage and utility of the home was met admirably. A "cottage green" roof was selected tooffset the fresh white cladding and trim, echoing so many classic lake cottages built on this lake over the years.
