AB|DS was tasked with coming up with a Kitchen design for a set of two duplex rental units in a townhome in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood. The interiors needed to distinguish themselves from the stock contractor-grade local inventory, spurring higher rental yields, while not being especially expensive. Dark undertones, and durable materials (including the dark colored grout) would help disguise normal wear & tear, while simultaneously harkening back to a classic Brooklyn townhouse aesthetic.
