For this project, we took the house down to the studs. Reworked the flow of the floorplan to create more order, replaced all doors and windows and upgraded all the finishes. To the grounds, we expanded the terrace, designed a new pool, hardscape, trellis, as well as outdoor kitchen and dining pavillion. The unfinished basement was dugout further to add a bar, media room and wine cellar.
