Siding installed was approximately 10,000 square feet
Installed 15 windows and 1 patio door at the initial phase of the project

Challenge 1
We needed to get this job done before the fall as Bear Valley gets a large amount of snow. We ran into quite a bit of dry rot repair and many obstacles that caused delays

Challenge 2
To set the windows in the back we had to hire a scaffolding company to put masonry grade scaffolding up in the back. Some of the windows that were three stories high weighed over 400 lbs. We had to use a wench to lift them up into the openings.

Challenge 3
The landscape of the home
The home is set on a steep slope to transport windows and siding to the back of the home was exhausting for the crews. Especially for the large windows weighing over 400 lbs
