An updated way to handle a large scale window with an arch in the center. Splitting the rods updates the look to be more current, when the design and fabric of the treatment itself speaks more traditional.

A mirror image is created with the window treatments are pulled back on either side. The brush fringe on the leading edge adds a nice decorative detail that leads the eye through the soft curve of the treatment design. The panels were cut to allow for the fabric to gather at the same length on...

Simple top tacked drapery panels have a soft background color, with a bold, raised velvet pattern. To bring out the red, a silk banding at the top of the treatment was added, and a decorative tape was placed over the seam.

A bold indigo with a gold pattern is gathered and pulled back off a pair of doors that open out to a sitting area. Gold hardware and tie backs were selected to highlight the pattern.

To not distract and take away from the wood paneling on walls of this library, a board mounted, box pleat treatment was designed, and installed. The button detail at the bottom of the box pleat dressed the treatment up, giving it enough strength to hold it's own without hardware.
