We were delighted to have the opportunity to take down an existing, unconditioned breezeway connecting the main home with the garage, and replace it with a lovely new living space. Featuring a barrel-vaulted ceiling with faux-coffered ceiling, custom doors and windows and a wall of built-ins for storage, this is a new space that serves as a great connection - and lounging area.
