A showerpan leak led to the partial update for this home in Vinings Estates- the jetted jacuzzi tub was replaced with a soaking tub, the tiled shower & tub deck were completely redone, vanity cabinetry painted, new sinks, faucets, and counters installed. Maintaining the existing tile floor and coordinating the new tile for the tub deck and shower surround was a requirement.
