A a restaurateur the owner want a highly function kitchen with high end appliances.
The bathroom was a small 6x5 with a corner shower. So we took a closet adjacent to the bathroom and opened the space up to about a 6' x 12' it made for proper bathroom. We touched every room in the house including the garage. Installed a 20 KW Generac in the back yard and wired the house for audio and sound. Fantastic home.
