A complete softscape re-design for an apartment complex in Seal Beach. This investor wanted an aesthetically pleasing look with lower maintenance and water usage for cost savings in the long run. We created an ombre motif using decomposed granite ground cover, and added drought tolerant plants to a fun, interesting, and environmentally friendly yard.
